The new year is approaching! I have had a wonderful holiday but have found that I have not been exercising like I have been so used to over the past year. I can really feel it too! I'm sure many of you can relate to this. Holidays tend to interupt our work out routines - we travel, we tend to eat too many calories... we can easily get de-railed from our healthy routines.
My goal for 2010 is to have activity and my work outs be second nature, and to not let holidays interupt these goals! I have had great success with Harbor's Personal Training program. My trainer, Teri Stratton, is awesome. I have had great results with her over the last year. We started working together in January of 2009. At that time, I felt like my weight and health issues were insurmoutnable... the moment I met Teri, I knew it would be a good fit. My health has improved immensely. My blood glucose numbers have improved too! Although I did slip a bit over the holidays, health and fitness are forefront in my mind. My motto is to keep moving forward and don't look back! I hope you will all join me on this journey and share your successes and struggles.
